Terms of Sale

1. Who you’re buying from

2. What you receive

A digital file or files, delivered by download link or Notion access immediately after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Your license

You get a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal study. You may print them, store backups, and use them on any device you own.

4. What the license does not allow

You may not, without written permission: copy the files for anyone else; share, send, upload, post, or link them anywhere others can reach them; use them to teach a paid class or a group; resell, rent, sub-license, or give them away; translate, adapt, or republish them; use them to train an automated or AI system; or remove or alter any watermark, credit, or copyright notice.

5. Ownership

All rights in the files remain with [TO COME]. Buying a copy is buying permission to use it, not ownership of the work.

6. Sharing

Every purchase is recorded against the buyer’s name, email, and order number. Sharing a file is a breach of the license in section 4. Accounts found distributing files are closed without refund, and access to future purchases is withdrawn.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The files are delivered immediately, so there is no waiting period before you have them. Free samples of every product are available before you buy, so you can read a real part of the book before paying for it. If the file is faulty, the wrong file, or does not arrive, email me within 14 days and I will fix it or refund you in full. Your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country are unaffected by this clause.

8. Availability and updates

Download links stay live for [TO COME]; updated editions are sent free to the email used at purchase. Keep your own backup.

9. Your data

Your name, email, and order details are used to deliver your purchase and to send you updates to products you own.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, with the courts of Seoul having jurisdiction. If you bought as a consumer outside Korea, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
